Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.
Observe and escalate any abnormalities seen in shop floor and engage in resolving them.
Support continuously by looking for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage and ensure the availability of the Tech Pack.
Assist to Improve module capacity by applying required IE tools.
Support to ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering from a recognized university or NDT Diploma/ SLITA/Textile Management.
Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset with strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
