We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to develop, implement, sustain and improve effective production strategies and procedures in order to ensure smooth operations, thereby facilitating the organization to meet customer expectations in an effective and timely manner whilst achieving set objectives and key performance parameters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategy and provide advice/ guidance to respective departments on aspects related to the factory and production whilst developing/ implementing targets and objectives and contributing to other areas as and when needed.
Oversee the operations of the factory and ensure production quantities are delivered in a timely manner as per the agreed style/ color/ size of the production plan whilst, conforming to required quality standards in order to meet customer delivery dates and expectations.
Review factory performance, identify issues whilst, discussing with the team possible solutions and continuously working towards improving systems/ processes/ standards in order to achieve the most optimum factory environment that will serve to meet the objectives set by the organization whilst, fulfilling customer expectations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree in textile and clothing
4 - 5 years of relevant work experience at a similar capacity
Knowledge of Sewing Techniques/ Production Operations
Knowledge of local Labour Laws/ Regulations
Good IT Literacy skills
Good Interpersonal skills
