KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and drive the Robotic Arm Project at Silueta.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives across production lines.
• Collect and analyze data to identify efficiency gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project updates.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of robotics and automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
