MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), and Pre-Production activities.
• Support efforts to identify automation opportunities and standardize operations to simplify production processes.
• Collaborate in the preparation of production layouts and the development of Yamazumi charts.
• Participate in team member training initiatives and problem-solving activities on the shop floor.
• Contribute to projects related to MAS Operating System (MOS) to enhance efficiency and standardization.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures during assigned tasks and activities.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering, or any related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for learning and innovation in the apparel manufacturing domain.
