KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions
• Assist in balancing the current workload of the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
• Support documentation, reporting, and project coordination

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Diploma (NDT - Non-Destructive Testing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills in English
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
