Ensures accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data and revenue. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and forecasts.
Responsible for formulating and overseeing the driving of best accounting practices, finance frameworks, and processes to strengthen internal control and ensure compliance over all company transactions.
Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment and compliance. Support in financial planning and analysis activities.
Management of cash flow, working capital, and capex.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in accounting and finance within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving month-end financial closing processes.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems.
Strong ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, including senior management and external stakeholders.
Proven flexibility and analytical mindset in solving complex financial and operational challenges.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong interpersonal effectiveness
