Head of Integrations & Delivery

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Head of Integrations & Delivery to lead the technical integration of partner solutions and the execution of key initiatives across our organisation.

This role is a hybrid of technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on project execution, ensuring seamless partner onboarding, efficient integration rollouts, and the successful delivery of internal and external projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, is solution-oriented, and can bridge the gap between business, technical, and operational teams while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the full lifecycle of technical integrations, managing API and data onboarding for seamless implementation.

· Act as the key link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication.

· Own the integration roadmap, prioritising tasks based on business needs, technical feasibility, and risk mitigation.

· Drive project execution, collaborating with project managers to plan, allocate resources, and ensure Agile best practices.

· Collaborate across teams (Development, TechOps, Product, and Data) to maintain platform stability, performance, and scalability.

· Define and track KPIs to measure integration success and project outcomes.

· Serve as the primary technical contact for partners, coordinating workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives in partnership with the Customer Success team.

· Continuously refine workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and improve the partner experience.

· Advocate for innovation, gathering feedback and implementing improvements in integration and delivery processes.

Key Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in integrations, project management, or technical leadership roles.

· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects within SaaS, iGaming, FinTech, or a similar industry.

· Base technical understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, Data Pipelines, and cloud-based environments (ideally AWS).

· Hands-on experience with API test and documentation tools (such as Postman and Swagger), and SQL querying will be considered an asset.

· Experience in leading teams, managing multiple projects, and working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

· Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Monday.com, Miro, Jira (Projects, Product Discovery, Software, Service Desk), and Confluence.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

· Strong problem-solving mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
