About The Role
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Brighton HQ, making sure daily operations flow effortlessly and everyone feels supported. From staff to management to our Academy students, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things organised, efficient, and upbeat.
👋 You’ll also be our front-of-house ambassador, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, and helping showcase the vibrant energy and flair that defines TGB.
Our building is stunning (if we do say so ourselves), and you’ll play a key role in maintaining its high standards—both in how it looks and how it feels. We’re looking for someone proactive, hands-on, and proud to represent our brand.
If you’re ready to bring your organisational superpowers, eye for detail, and positive energy to a team that values creativity and excellence, we want to hear from you.
- Manage daily admin tasks (post, filing, photocopying, data entry)
- Be the welcoming face of TGB for staff, visitors, and students
- Coordinate scheduled arrivals and ensure smooth visitor experience
- Support building upkeep with regular inspections and issue reporting
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the space is well-stocked and safe
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Oversee meeting room bookings and assist the IT team with operations
- Collaborate on the quarterly company newsletter with the studio team
- Support new starter inductions and office tours with People & Talent
- Help plan and deliver company socials and internal events
This is a part time role, approx. 30 hours a week. This can be discussed at interview.
About You:
You're the kind of person who brings warmth and energy to every interaction. Ideally, you’ve got experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or similar role where being personable, proactive, and organised is second nature. You’re confident using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and keeping track of visitor logs.
Bonus points if you’re already trained as a first aider or fire warden and if you’ve got a qualification in First Aid or Health & Safety, even better! But most importantly, you’re someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run space where people feel supported the moment they walk through the door.
