Rotating - 08 Hour (United States of America)

The cook is primarily responsible for the production of composed hot entrees as part of a cycle menu.  These activities are related to the provision of meals for patients, employees and guests.  Performs basic food preparation.

May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. • Performs basic food preparation. • Follows standard recipes and acts as the short order cook. • Assists in ordering, storage and preparation of foods• Assembles trays for general and special diets• Adheres to portion control standards at all time• Adheres to prescribed safety and sanitation practices and HAACP procedures• Employee must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the C-I-CARE Standards of the Hospital. Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $25.38 - $33.50 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
