Recruitment - Consultant

• Responsible for screening and selecting candidates especially for FMCG & BFSI section. 
• Assigned the tasks of organizing and conducting recruitment for sales profile through bulk drive 
• Completing their on boarding process of the candidates 
• Generating the AL of the candidate on time so that the joining can be done smoothly 
• Also doing End to End recruitment & coordinating with the client and doing negotiation. 

Handling Key clients like SBI Credit Card, Dabur, Emami cement, Bisleri,  ITC, Oriflame,Byjus, Lenskart  

• 

•   Keeping a track on the candidates through R-People software where keeping
