Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR on all IT and office administrative requirements; Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary; Coordinating office activities and operations as required
- Complete background verification checks from 3rd party vendors for ex-staff
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that relevant IT hardware (laptops/desktops) are available and IT accounts set up for new employees & Assist employees with their IT needs, like setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords
- To undertake any other task/duty/assignment that may be given.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1years experience in Office support
- Diploma or Equivalent with intermediate IT knowledge
- Collaborative team player who is prepared to be hands on
- Excellent organization/prioritization skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and use discretion with confidential information
- Familiarity with technology; High level skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoints and Drives
