RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews conduct reference check.
- Assisting in onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary paperwork.
- Assisting with the coordination of training programs and employee events.
- Assisting in maintaining employee learning records in HR system.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Assisting with other HR-related tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENT:
- Fresh Graduates or min 1 year of working experience within HR department
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Business Administration, etc.)
