RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews conduct reference check.
  • Assisting in onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary paperwork.
  • Assisting with the coordination of training programs and employee events.
  • Assisting in maintaining employee learning records in HR system.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assisting with other HR-related tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Fresh Graduates or min 1 year of working experience within HR department
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Business Administration, etc.)
