Knowledge, Skills & Ability

1. Possesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift, and carry heavy cartons.
2. Familiar & Proficient to work on computers (possess basic MS-Office skills) and confident in operating on inventory software’s.
3. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
4. Exhibits familiarity with the range of brand products.
5. Communicates clearly and effectively.
6. Is a potential team player.
7. Demonstrates ability to read and interpret inventory documents.
8. Exhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in stockrooms.

Functional Skills

1. Assists in loading / Unloading containers / cartons to the store or warehouse.
2. Checks items received against shipping invoice to ensure the shipment is accurate.
3. Organizes inventory in the stockroom and ensure stockroom compliance.
4. Supports Visual Merchandising for common areas within the store environment.
5. Support replenishment of Q-rails and cash counter products.
6. Replenishes stock on the sales floor as needed.
7. Facilitates / Supports scheduled store inventory as per the plan and ensure compliance to SOP’s.
8. Assists Operations In-charge and Brands In-charge in preventing theft and maintaining accuracy in inventory.
9. Pull-outs & Packs defective / damage / expired items or overstocks and arrange for return shipment as per SOP’s.
10. Assists in clearing up the store and stockroom during closing shifts.

Education & Experience

1. Should hold a high school Diploma / Degree.
2. Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience or relevant.
