Proven experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) within Salesforce development environments.

Experience in scripting languages such as Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, or Python for automation tasks.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage the CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects to ensure rapid and reliable deployment.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to streamline the release management process.
Monitor and optimize performance of Salesforce applications and environments.
Apply DevOps practices to Salesforce platform development and administration, ensuring agile and effective increment deliveries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployments and Salesforce environment configurations.
Implement and manage environment architecture on Salesforce, including sandboxes and production environments.
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance the efficiency of development and deployment processes.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are integrated into every stage of the Salesforce lifecycle.
Innovate and propose new tools, processes, and technical improvements for Salesforce development and operations.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and conduct training workshops on DevOps practices
