  • Proven experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) within Salesforce development environments.
  • Strong proficiency in using Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and other API tools.
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, or Python for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security best practices and data protection policies.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and working in agile teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders across different locations

Primary Roles and Responsibilities 

 

  • Design, implement, and manage the CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects to ensure rapid and reliable deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to streamline the release management process.
  • Monitor and optimize performance of Salesforce applications and environments.
  • Apply DevOps practices to Salesforce platform development and administration, ensuring agile and effective increment deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployments and Salesforce environment configurations.
  • Implement and manage environment architecture on Salesforce, including sandboxes and production environments.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to enhance the efficiency of development and deployment processes.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are integrated into every stage of the Salesforce lifecycle.
  • Innovate and propose new tools, processes, and technical improvements for Salesforce development and operations.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and conduct training workshops on DevOps practices
