Job Description

Experience Required
   10+ years of total experience in full software development.
   Good Knowledge on AWS, Lambda, AWS Glue, ETL, Data warehouse, Tableau  
Responsibilities
   Accountable as the Solution Architect of a major Data Platform Development Program in AWS. Taking Ownership of the To Be Data Platform solution
   Formulate the best practices & suggest Tools/Technologies required in a typical Data Platform Solution. Build the high level solution, tools to be used, process to be followed, data security considerations etc. Mentor and build the team. 
   Help the team in resolving the technical challenges and hurdles throughout the project development right from the Requirements phase till go live. 
   Understand customer business landscape and engage customers at the business level and showcase value to customers through innovations, suggestions & aligning delivery priorities
   Motivate & drive teams to deliver high quality services, and drive revenue growth. Establish, coach, influence, guide & drive teams to bring in behavioral transformations toward achieving the goals
   Managing their customer requests, understanding their requirements and translating functional requirements to technical specifications through hands-on analysis and coordinating with the onsite and offshore team for development.
   Understand customer priorities and business context, and be able to recommend the right solutions/services.

Required Skills
You will be required to bring in the following skills:
   8 + years of of experience with detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures, ETL, reporting/analytic tools, and data security 
   Good SQL and Stored Procedure knowledge
   Experience in designing data warehouse solutions and integrating technical components
   Experience leading data warehousing and analytics projects, including using AWS technologies – Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3 and Lake Formation
   Experience with programming languages Java and Python 
   Experience in BO/Universe
   Experience in BI visualization tools like Tableau 
   Lead and mentor team members 
   Collaborate and work with cross functional teams.
   Very good communication skills both written and verbal.

Airline domain experience
