Job Title SAP ABAP consultant Location (s) Trivandrum Years of Experience 8-10 years Job Description Mandatory Requirements:
•    08-10 plus ABAP technical consultant experience in ECC 6.0 / S4 HANA in leading large scale SAP FICO / SD/MM based support & enhancement projects.
•    Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively
•    Work with Project Management to understand the business requirements and priorities of deliveries.
•    Lead and mentor team members and encourage team building skills and train the team members accordingly.
SAP Skillset:
•    Must have ABAP technical experience with SAP  ECC 6.0 (SD / MM /FI/CO )
•    Must have experience with ABAP Objects, Web Dynpro, BAPIs, BADIs, LSMW, User-Exits, SAPSCRIPT, Smartforms, AdobeForms and Good debugging skills
•    Simple Z Objects Debugging, Advanced debugging like Standard SAP Objects, Background Debugging, Update Debugging, External Debugging, Queue Debugging.
•    Good experience in Z program creation for complex business requirement.
•    Experience in SAP ABAP in Support and Enhancement Environment.
•    Knowledge of writing codes in Reports, RFCs, Function Modules, Customer Exits, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Spots, Dialog Programs, BDCs, BAPIs
•    Having good expertise in technical Upgrade SPDD and SPAU phase Role & Responsibilities Additional Skills
•    Helped organizations to redesign financial processes to make the process more efficient 
•    Ability to understand the business requirements, analyzing, documenting & designing in technical and functional specs.
•    Ability to learn and perform airlines business related custom functions.
•    Ability to prepare technical specs document and explain to the customer.
•    Ability to define the UT and FT  test cases and perform the testing
•    Meet the SLAs and to raise the bar in the quality of support services
•    Ability to communicate issues, options for addressing the issues and status on projects with managers, peers and users in the business through oral and written as appropriate to audience.
•    Documentation of configuration, design elements allowing easy support and knowledge transfer.
•    Collaborates with other functional analysts to develop effective SAP solutions.
•    Strong organizational skills required with ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize project requests.
•    Ability to understand the business requirements, analyzing, documenting & designing in technical and functional specs.
•     Ability to create the design, TCF documents in ways that anyone can understand.
•    Excellent  verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have Skills
•    ABAP knowledge would be an advantage
