As a Communications Supervisor you will oversee the full process of the Communications Team in Prague, responsible for creating, publishing, and analyzing content on internal channels for Zone Europe.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of internal communicators, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support. You’ll foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence on quality, SLAs and KPIs. Your team consists of communication specialists who design and execute end-to-end campaigns, as well as experts who focus on strategic planning and performance analysis to optimize communication impact.

The focus is on driving employee engagement and embedding our company culture and purpose through impactful communication strategies. You’ll shape messaging that inspires behavior change, supports business transformation, and connects teams across geographies to a shared vision.

What will you be doing:

Ensuring uniform and consistent cultural messaging under the umbrella of the People Team
Providing essential support to the Zone Lead by cascading critical messages across the business during urgent situations.
Overseeing the timeliness, quality, and effectiveness of all content produced by the IC team in Prague, taking corrective action when needed.
Supporting the People Communications Lead Europe in all day-to-day operations.
Coordinating communications for the full European team, driving transformation and process improvement, including an agile work approach and management.
Managing relationships with all People Communications Managers and ensuring alignment of the Prague team with the overall strategy.
Managing of the IC team in Prague.

What you will bring:

2+ years’ experience in managing a team with direct reports
Experience in marketing/communication, project management, project roll-out, change management and stakeholder management;
Language: Advanced English
Degree in business, management with Marketing/Communications is preferred, but not essential
Ability to balance strategic and operational priorities and projects and to prioritize while considering the sensitivity of the topic and the requestor;
Agile mindset, flexible and problem-solving attitude
