THE ROLE

You will be primarily responsible for project deliverables and operations, overseeing technical disciplines and coordination of our projects.

Projects include cladding replacement, heritage and general building refurbishment projects valued between $5 and $10 million.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide onsite support services and technical support on construction projects.

  • Plan and coordinate works, subcontractor, equipment and personnel
  • Provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs
  • Compile and create QA/QC documentation
  • Program and schedule works
  • Quantity take-offs
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Facilitate regular project management meetings

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive on-ground project delivery experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Desirable)
  • Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works
  • Client facing with a strong commercial skillset
  • Able to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Self-managing while working well in a team environment
  • Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
