About the Role
Our Enabling Functions People & Culture Business Partnering team is looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our vast community of solvers. The People & Culture team brings our purpose to life by having the depth and technical expertise and breadth of industry knowledge to solve complex problems, and deliver solutions from idea through to execution.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
HR business partnering, with extensive experience working at senior and executive level leadership in a senior human resources generalist position
Transformation and change management experience within large, complex organisations
Providing strategic and commercial advice to senior and executive level stakeholders
Executing on people and culture related strategies
In our Enabling Functions team, your impact will be seen by:
Being the key driver of signature people activities such as performance and talent processes as well as workforce design
Unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, and build a trusted and value-add relationship
Partnering with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance in line with our firmwide People, People & Culture strategy
Monitoring progress against the people plan, providing regular data, analytics and insights to inform and shape business decisions
Partnering with firmwide colleagues and Centres Of Excellence
Coaching and mentoring of a team of P&C Business Partners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their effectiveness and career growth
Providing oversight and support for complex people matters
Champion initiatives that foster an inclusive, sustainable high-performance culture within Enabling Functions
