Job Summary

• Responsible for cutting, fitting, and assembling of hose and hose fittings and inspects or tests completed assembly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, crimp, etc., industrial hydraulic hose
• Test and check hose assemblies per shop procedures
• Read and understand work orders
• Clean and package hose assemblies for shipping
• Keep clean work area

• To use all the PPE as recommended by the Safety Policy of the company and report to the authorities concerned regarding the accidents and near miss incidents.

• To suggest to the management methods of improvements of maintenance practices.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience

• National Diploma, Trade test-1, 2 & 3 in mechanical fitting/mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Minimum of (3 - 10) years experience in HEMM and LMV
