About Media Management and Delivery Team Media Management and Delivery Team TR is a community of more than 300 specialists comprised of Search, Social, Programmatic & Display, and Ad Tech Ops Practice Squads from across the WPP Media agencies. Media Management and Delivery Team is designed to accelerate WPP Media clients’ businesses by leveraging the power and capabilities of WPP Media and its agencies, through partnerships with the world’s leading digital platforms, advanced accreditations for digital practitioners or continued development and deployment of industry leading benchmarks. Role Summary and Impact As an Executive, Paid Search you will be responsible for keyword research, campaign building, daily monitoring and optimisation, as well as pulling and analysing data to write insightful commentary for performance reporting. You will develop excellent platform knowledge and work closely with the Manager, Paid Search to plan and execute a best in class Paid Search strategy, whilst continuously searching for new opportunities through personal research and cross-team collaboration. - Effectively manage your designated paid search campaigns; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
- Work closely with the Paid Search manager to plan and execute a best in class Paid Search strategy including a rigorous A/B testing plan.
- Assist with performance analysis, internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development that your team conducts.
- Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks.
- Identify gaps in achievement of goals, objectives and/or processes, and work with the line manager to improve performance and drive efficiencies.
- Ensure financial accuracy, integrating the planning and buying process and reconciliation of spends.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or passion for digital marketing, in particular Paid Search, with current dated certifications (Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Video Certification)
- Affinity for numbers and with basic data analysis knowledge, keen to drive continued excellence.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and of working as part of a group.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proactive and self motivated, always looking to expanding knowledge and capabilities.
