Now we’re looking for a Sales Manager Benelux to build and lead a high-performing team that opens new doors for our partners across NL, BE & LU. In this role, you’ll partner with cutting-edge software and technology companies, guiding their entry and expansion into the Benelux market. You’ll define joint go-to-market strategies, lead business planning, and manage/oversee multi-level sales cycles, from initial engagement to closing deals conducted by your team members.
Tasks
Your Challenge
As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for the introduction of highly innovative software technology solutions. You will work on new business activities together with your partners at a strategic level. Starting from defining a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning to initiating and managing multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure. You will be the leading key success factor for two / three highly innovative, advanced software and technology companies. You will be assisted by the Sales Manager and our Inside Sales department.
Requirements
What Do We Expect From You?
- You completed a (commercial) Bachelor;
- You have 2 – 4 years professional experience in a similar position;
- You speak and write (corporate) English fluently;
- You are either a native English speaker or you speak at least one of the following languages fluently: German, Dutch, or one of the Nordic languages.
- You are result-oriented, fully independent, love getting and taking responsibility and showing initiative;
- You think outside the box;
- You thrive under pressure;
- You are always on the lookout for new opportunities.
