Description

As a Working Student or Intern, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success & Delivery team, working directly with the management team on strategic initiatives. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery operations and support key projects that directly impact customer experience and business growth.

You will:

• Own and drive a strategic project from start to finish – such as building a customer eLearning platform, designing the customer journey for a key solution, or shaping the onboarding experience for a new product launch.
  
  
• Support the development of scalable delivery processes by preparing playbooks, slide decks, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and ensure alignment between customer needs and internal goals.
  
  
• Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively propose improvements — just like a consultant would.

You will gain hands-on experience in the areas of strategy, operations, and digital transformation, while actively contributing to the growth of one of Germany’s leading SaaS scale-ups.

This position is available as a full-time internship (5–6 months) or a longer-term working student role, based on-site in Munich or Mannheim. There is also the possibility to complete the internship abroad in our Madrid office, offering international exposure within a dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Customer Success & Delivery on high-impact projects 
• Take ownership of a dedicated, strategic initiative 
• Prepare engaging presentations and internal comms materials 
• Build and optimize dashboards and analytics tools 
• Spot opportunities to improve team scalability and bring in fresh ideas 
• Collaborate across departments like Product, Sales, Implementation, and Tech 
• Learn how SaaS businesses scale post-sales functions and customer success 

Your Experience

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields 
• Clear interest in consulting, strategy, or digital operations 
• Solid project management skills and structured thinking 
• Analytical mindset and a proactive, improvement-driven attitude 
• Fluent in English
• Interest or first exposure to supply chain management or carbon foot printing/sustainability topics
