What does a Territory Sales Manager do?

• Promote and sell Cat generators and related product

• Develop relationships that allow us to understand our customers’ needs

• Identify opportunities to deliver solutions to our customers to make their lives easier and more productive

• Deliver a service that is second to none – we get things right the first time

What are we looking for?

• Proven sales experience with a focus on high value, technical products or solutions, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• Attitude. We believe attitude is everything – in sales you will get knocked back – we need people who can get up again

• Razor sharp communication skills. You must enjoy forming relationships with people from all backgrounds and industry sectors – we value ALL our customers

• Resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to offer solutions and deliver

• Initiative – this role can be based in any major town/city in the Upper north Island and will report remotely to the Christchurch branch.  You’ll need to demonstrate initiative and can operate remotely.

• Customer focus – it’s at the core of our business - an uncompromising level of customer care is essential
