About the Role

As the Service Foreman, you'll take charge of daily workshop operations, overseeing high-quality servicing and repairs across industry-leading Hino, Mack, and Volvo trucks. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for job allocation, team leadership, maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring efficient, top-tier service delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of diesel technicians and apprentices
Allocate jobs and manage daily workshop scheduling
Ensure repair and maintenance work is completed to manufacturer standards
Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed
Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards at all times
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification in automotive diesel or heavy vehicles
Proven experience in a leadership or senior technician role
Strong knowledge of heavy commercial trucks and diagnostics
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to lead by example in a busy, team-driven environment
