Job Description

• Develop, implement, and evaluate recreation programs and activities for diverse age groups.
• Supervise, train, and schedule recreation staff.
• Manage and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
• Develop and manage recreation budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate special events and tournaments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with participants and the community.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recreation programming and supervision.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• First aid and CPR certification.
