This position also performs expense report auditing, internal policy quality control, dispute/error resolution, answering emails, Teams expense & travel calls, department phones/email box and analyzing data for Concur and Travel related reporting in support of a high-volume Concur Travel and Expense team. Along the way, you will get to:   

• Book travel reservations, issue tickets, invoice car/hotel reservations, process and issue exchange(s), process cancellation(s) for airline, car, hotel, and rail bookings in SABRE GDS.
• Book domestic and international group reservations advising of required travel documentation for trip.
• Monitor Sabre GDS queues as assigned.
  Monitor Concur requests and manually process as per company guidelines.
• Book Executive corporate travel and provide white-glove service
• Ensures compliance with established internal travel policy by examining expense report submissions via Concur.
• Responsible for ensuring expense reports are coded accurately and expenses are within policy.
• Communicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports as requested and providing information in meetings

We are looking for a Travel and Expense Analyst Sr. with: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English- requires extensive verbal and written communications
• Minimum 5 years’ SABRE GDS experience, domestic and international travel tools
• Experience with Concur and/or Bank of America Works
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Executive Corporate Travel
