The role

Crown offers a wide range of dining experiences, from casual to premium settings. We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards to support our operations across a number of our venues. Including the Banquets kitchen and restaurant team.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and supporting the team with essential back-of-house tasks:

• Maintaining general cleanliness and sanitising of all kitchen surfaces.
• Using various types of commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals.
• Taking out rubbish bins, assisting with deliveries and restocking. 

About you

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll need:

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen in a similar position.
• Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene.
• Ability to undertake repetitive tasks and work autonomously.
