Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Sales Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to help Malaysian businesses overcome their most pressing recruitment challenges with our modern solutions.

  • You will be selling recruitment solutions powered by AI such as job advertisement, employer branding, candidate search and mass hiring solutions.
  • Your target clients will be Business Owners, HR Directors, HR Managers and Talent Acquisition teams within SMEs, large enterprises and startups.

Job Brief

  • Hunter mentality in new business acquisition or highly client facing role.
  • Capable to operate autonomously to initiate contact, seek opportunities and drive the sales process.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales cycle.
  • Adapt at quickly understanding complex client challenges and articulate the value of our solutions of the tangible benefits.
  • Possess some sense of business acumen to grasp market dynamics, clients industries and our product suite to position solution effectively.
  • Able to thrive in an environment that is constantly evolving.
  • Proactive in learning, seeking out information on industry trends and new sales techniques to sharpen your edge. We offer resources, but your drive to learn is key.

Additional Information

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Work location: Menara HLX, Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients through diverse channels (email, WhatsApp, phone, professional networks) to build a robust pipeline. This is a core part of your daily activity.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to uncover critical recruitment challenges and pain points, building a foundation for truly impactful solution selling.
  • Articulate clearly and demonstrate how our specific solutions address client needs and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, consistently nurturing relationships and driving opportunities forward.
  • Actively seek feedback, analyze your sales data, and participate in training to constantly refine your sales strategies and product knowledge.
