We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will support the design and execution of leadership training programs, assist in performance assessments, and work closely with senior leaders to implement strategies that foster professional growth and team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of leadership training initiatives and workshops.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify leadership trends and best practices.
Collaborate with HR and senior management to assess leadership performance and training needs.
Assist in designing learning materials, presentations, and development frameworks.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs, providing feedback and recommendations.
Coordinate and manage schedules, events, and communications related to leadership programs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in leadership training, talent development, or HR support roles.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
