We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns and identifying the best solution

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate service records

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support processes

  • Work closely with team members to achieve departmental performance goals

Qualifications
