We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Marketing Specialist to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive in-store and online traffic, and ultimately boost sales. This position requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, merchandising, and multi-channel marketing within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns tailored to retail channels

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to inform strategy

• Coordinate with visual merchandising and sales teams to align campaigns

• Create promotional materials and retail signage to support marketing initiatives

• Manage relationships with retail partners and vendors

• Track and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI

• Assist with event planning and in-store activations

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all retail platforms

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in retail marketing or brand management

• Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer buying behavior

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
