We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to manage client accounts and ensure the timely and effective delivery of our services. This role involves communication with clients, internal teams, and vendors to coordinate project needs and maintain service quality. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and driven by client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and delivery timelines

  • Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, issues, and resolutions

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure service expectations are met

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes

  • Prepare reports, invoices, and service summaries as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account coordination, or administrative support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
