We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role supports the marketing department in the execution of campaigns, market research, content coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Coordinate content creation and help maintain marketing materials

• Conduct market research and compile data on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences

• Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports

• Support event coordination and internal communication

• Maintain and update company databases, CRM, and mailing lists

• Assist in day-to-day administrative duties related to the marketing team

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketing tools and CRM systems
