We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing a wide range of corporate and promotional events. This role involves administrative support, vendor coordination, on-site assistance, and maintaining event timelines to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and vendor communications
Support the events team in managing timelines, budgets, and supplies
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners in a professional manner
Prepare event materials such as signage, schedules, and registration lists
Help manage on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during events
Track event feedback and assist with post-event reporting and evaluations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
