We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional support

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Meet performance targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with computer systems and data entry
