We are seeking a motivated and organized Events and Sales Assistant to support our events and client outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating corporate events, assisting in sales operations, and maintaining positive client relationships. This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and corporate functions

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, lead generation, and follow-ups

  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure event success

  • Prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional items

  • Track event performance and gather feedback for future improvements

  • Maintain organized records of sales data and client communications

  • Ensure on-site event support including setup, registration, and coordination

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or a related role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible schedule for occasional evening or weekend events
