We are seeking a motivated and organized Events and Sales Assistant to support our events and client outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating corporate events, assisting in sales operations, and maintaining positive client relationships. This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and corporate functions
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, lead generation, and follow-ups
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure event success
Prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional items
Track event performance and gather feedback for future improvements
Maintain organized records of sales data and client communications
Ensure on-site event support including setup, registration, and coordination
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule for occasional evening or weekend events
