We are seeking a Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. You will support internal and external communication efforts to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit internal and external communications including newsletters, reports, memos, and presentations

• Coordinate and support the execution of communication strategies aligned with business objectives

• Assist with drafting and proofreading company materials and correspondence

• Support senior communication staff with project management and administrative tasks

• Ensure brand consistency in messaging across various departments

• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to improve communication practices

• Help organize and support company events and press opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communication or writing-focused role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
