We are seeking a Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a strategic mindset. You will support internal and external communication efforts to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit internal and external communications including newsletters, reports, memos, and presentations
Coordinate and support the execution of communication strategies aligned with business objectives
Assist with drafting and proofreading company materials and correspondence
Support senior communication staff with project management and administrative tasks
Ensure brand consistency in messaging across various departments
Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to improve communication practices
Help organize and support company events and press opportunities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communication or writing-focused role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
