We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about professional growth, team building, and strategic leadership. You will work closely with senior leadership to support and implement development initiatives that prepare team members for future management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and execution of leadership training programs and workshops

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify potential leadership talent

  • Analyze leadership performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies

  • Coordinate mentorship and coaching sessions for emerging leaders

  • Support succession planning and internal career development initiatives

  • Provide feedback and reporting on the effectiveness of leadership development programs

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to lead group discussions and facilitate workshops

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated interest in professional growth and leadership principles
