We are seeking a Communications Representative to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with company values. You will support company-wide initiatives, assist in developing communication strategies, and contribute to a positive organizational culture through effective engagement.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications

• Coordinate press releases, newsletters, and other written materials

• Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns

• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure message alignment

• Monitor and report on communications performance and feedback

• Support crisis communication and public relations efforts

• Maintain communication databases and documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a communications or public relations role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
