OTR (Operational Technology for Real-estate and Security in FCM) engineer achieve a detailed understanding of IT operations and IT security and operation & maintenance relevant to GR assets.

1. GR (global real estate) related IT operations and IT security
2. Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise relevant to IT operations or Apps.
3. Validate design issues related to IT and suggest alternative solutions.
4. Assist in the installation of GR IT relevant work.
5. Direct, monitor, supervise and control the activities with IT assets of GR.
6. Coordinating and administrating IT-related materials, systems, and shop drawings.

資格

1. University degree in relevant to IT Engineering
2. IT security or operation experience more than 5 years
3. Computer literate
4. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Able to speak and listen English and discuss with foreign country personnel.
6. Able to understand document in English and correspond email in English.
7. Japanese language skill with native level.
8. Able to participate internal activities initiatively.
9. Recognize efficiency, KPI and able to adopt improvement activities to daily work.
10. Able to prepare presentation document from reviewer perspective.
