Full Time
Last Energy is productizing a micro-modular nuclear plant and transforming the manufacturing process with the goal of delivering hundreds of installations per year by the end of the decade.
Our organizational structure allows for "Swiss-Army knife contributors" who have the ability to fulfill various roles depending on the project type, their interest, expertise, and availability.
These functional divisions include: (A) project owner, (B) subject matter expert / advisor, (C) individual contributor / design engineer, (D) research analyst or (E) external relationship manager.
The role of Project Engineer is ideal for a mid-career candidate who may be interested in some project management or have some outward facing responsibilities but still stay involved in design engineering and may be feeling pigeon-holed or up against a ceiling at their current role.
We look for:• Insatiable appetite for learning• Strong teamwork and communication skills• Creativity and willingness to take on new challenges • Extreme flexibility and open to "kill their darlings"• Discipline, thoroughness, and extreme focus when needed
