As a professional Technology Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in scaling engineering & other non-tech teams overall. You will be provided with a platform to build new & existing recruiting processes, while getting strong inclination on the existing recruiting framework. You enjoy spending more time on platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, Github & Stackoverflow building successful professional relations with the potential candidates & introducing them to Kwanso. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- You will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end recruitment
- Spend major part of your day sourcing against different open requisitions
- Coordinate with the internal customers for better understanding of hiring needs
- Keep the ownership of all recruiting steps including candidate liaising, coordination & sending job offers, updating recruiting records & creating weekly recruiting reports
- Work on strategies to keep the candidates warm during their notice period before joining Kwanso
- Work on strategies to brand & acquire candidates attention by updating social media specially LinkedIn
- Build excellent work relationships with engineers & other staff to attain internal referrals
- Sending out customized rejection emails to the unsuccessful candidates during the week
- Manage all the recruiting stages on ATS (Lever)
- Experience in managing different HR functions to support on-going HR operations
- Assist Head of HR with various recruiting reports to gauge quality of hires, time to close positions successfully, conversion from candidate to employee etc
- Perform meaningful engagement by bringing in new & innovative ideas that ensure modern recruiting practices on global standards
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3 or less years of work experience in recruiting with proven record of hiring class-A engineers & business professionals
- Dynamic selling & closing skills to sell positions to passive candidates & close them effectively
- Recruiting skills that keep selected candidates motivated & anticipated to start with Kwanso
- Innovation to cut-short unnecessary recruiting steps that will help processing candidates at a faster pace & provide them seamless hiring experience
- Growth mindset to embrace new challenges, each new initiative excites you, you are always in a jiffy to get the job done
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to work within a team as one unit
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
