[What the role is]

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore’s central bank and integrated financial regulator.

[What you will be working on]

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Analytics Officer to join MAS’ People Development Department (PDD). In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support in managing HR data, generating reports, and assisting in data analysis. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the collection, compilation, and validation of HR data from various sources, including but not limited to HR systems, data files and employee surveys.
  • Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g.Tableau) to support HR operations and decision-making.
  • Support the analytics team to perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee demographics, recruitment, retention, performance, and other HR metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g PDPA) and internal data access controls for all data management activities.
  • Assist in the development of a HR data warehouse and preparation of data for the warehouse.
  • Respond to requests for personnel data and attend to various surveys including engaging stakeholders to understand data requirements.

[What we are looking for]

Job Requirements:

- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience in HR data reporting, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in using Workday and Excel.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) will be an advantage.

- Candidates who are IHRP-certified will be considered favourably.
