What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and manage the front desk and instructor team to ensure a high-performing, service-oriented culture
Oversee all studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness standards
Drive membership growth and revenue through effective sales strategies, client engagement, and lead generation
Handle client communications and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Support social media strategy and studio marketing initiatives
Collaborate with corporate leadership on goals, reporting, and brand initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership and team management experience in a fitness or service-based environment
Prior experience managing a fitness studio is strongly preferred
Experience with Xponential Fitness brands is a plus (e.g., Club Pilates, CycleBar, StretchLab, etc.)
Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Passion for health, wellness, and community building
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in studio management platforms (ClubReady preferred)
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
