SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Evaluate, establish, drive and monitor key support elements for retail business by effective coordination with internal & external stakeholders, setting up strong processes and disciplined execution of the strategy to support faster retail business growth in premium segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve defined retail business objectives of top line, profitability & premium / Innovation strategy implementation

    Existing dealers’ growth with effective support and support the team in adding new dealers with premium mindset

    Implement the important business elements / Programs to support premium retail business

    Establish & follow-up on SMART objectives on these support elements with differentiated approach on geographies we are present

    Work together with team in Developing competence of shop sales specialist in selling Premium and Innovation Products from Jotun Assortment

    Design in coordination with marketing and implement Engagement activities with the external stakeholders and monitor the progress through defined processes

    Collaborate with sales & support teams to ensure all planned activities and objectives are executed and achieved within timelines

    Visiting dealers and other external stakeholders like Shop sales specialists, painters and interior designers, building rapport with them and review the effectiveness of various initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, present the status and agree on process improvements

    Achieve planned number of distribution points (Shops/Dealers) within focused markets as per the defined shop concepts. Grow fast in Single Brand shops

    All the initiatives to be aligned with the premium retail strategy of the decorative segment
