Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Business Acumen
  • Work directly with business owners and executives to identify and solve high-level sales and leadership challenges
  • Build instant credibility by demonstrating a deep understanding of sales KPIs, team dynamics, and performance levers
  • Align training and coaching with business outcomes that improve revenue, retention, and leadership scalability
  • Coach and Train the Best
  • Deliver live, virtual, and in-person training programs to high-performing sales teams and leaders
  • Facilitate dynamic, story-driven sessions that are both entertaining and effective, using real-world examples and a coaching style that inspires action
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to salespeople and sales leaders on sales process execution, objection handling, mindset, pipeline management, and leadership development
  • Be a Strategic Partner
  • Collaborate with client leadership to develop customized sales strategies, compensation plans, and coaching frameworks
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and performance consultant. Clients see you as a peer and a strategic asset, not just a trainer
  • Drive Results, Not Just Activity
  • Track and analyze performance data to refine programs and maximize impact
  • Maintain accountability with client partners through regular reviews, insights, and proactive recommendations

What Makes You a Fit

  • Practitioner: Must be able to substantiate consistent performance in the top 10 percent in previous individual contributor roles

Required

  • 10 or more years of combined sales and sales leadership experience in B2C or B2B sales, with at least 3 of the years leading or coaching salespeople or managers
  • Must have a strong track record of exceeding targets with strong knowledge of CRMs, pipeline management, and sales metrics
  • Willingness to travel for in-person client engagements as needed (10-20%)

Preferred

  • New home sales experience
  • Experience delivering formal training, live or virtual, to professionals
