- Manage the divisional communications calendar and support proactive editorial planning
- Write and edit content that is clear, concise, and aligned with brand standards
- Assist in the creative development, coordination, and delivery of internal and external communications
- Plan, write, edit, and manage the production of blog stories and other editorial content
- Support digital communications, including social media, internal/external websites, and other platforms
- Create and coordinate visual content such as advertisements, signage, and banners
- Capture high-quality photography and video to support storytelling across operations
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Branding teams to ensure brand consistency and support audits
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required; or an advanced diploma in Public Relations combined with an undergraduate degree
- 1-3 years experience in public relations/communications
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Experience with photography, design, and creative content development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, InDesign, iMovie, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
- Experience working with a content management system is an asset.
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in learning about our people and operations
