As a core member of our team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role: 

You will be working in a cross-functional team, using agile methodologies to build cloud native applications for the financial services industry.  We are looking for true team players who can work beyond their specialty to help the team deliver. Every team member is responsible for the quality of the product and should be willing to work on any tasks needed, be it front-end, back end, test automation, deployment automation etc. The successful candidate will use their experience and talent to help drive the delivery of the system, introduce new tech and guide the evolution of our applications.

• You will develop and maintain software applications and services
• Collaborate with senior developers and other team members on various projects
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices

About You: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of professional hands-on experience of the full SDLC of enterprise application development
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases, software version control and software development lifecycles - Waterfall, Agile
• Strong understanding of Object oriented Programming with Java/Kotlin or other programming language
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
• Familiarity with JavaScript and libraries like React
• Basic knowledge of Version control systems(Git etc)SQL and relational databases
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must be self-motivated and driven, with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
