Job Description
Performs diversified clerical duties including but not limited to typing, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, etc.
Job Responsibility
- Performs diversified clerical duties which may include but are not limited to:
- Typing various correspondence, reports, articles, etc.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
- Maintaining files.
- Takes minutes at meetings.
- Receptionist duties.
- Recordkeeping.
- Patient filing, collecting payments.
- Preparing statistical data.
- Keeping inventory and ordering supplies.
- Miscellaneous duties related to department.
- Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of one (1) year prior clerical experience, required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, required.
- Typing 50 wpm, required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, required.
